When you connect your Google Ads accounts, we access campaign structure, performance metrics, keywords, search terms (where available), and budget/bidding settings. We use this data to generate your weekly action packs and reports.
Usage data
We collect information about how you use ppcopilot, such as which features you use and when you log in. This helps us improve the product.
How we use your data
To provide our service
We use your Google Ads data to generate weekly recommendations and client-ready reports. This is the core purpose of ppcopilot.
To improve ppcopilot
We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to understand how people use ppcopilot and make it better.
To communicate with you
We use your email to send you weekly action packs, important updates, and occasional product news (you can opt out of non-essential emails).
How long we keep your data
Performance metrics
We retain Google Ads performance data for 90 days by default. You can request a different retention period.
Recommendation history
We keep a history of recommendations we've made so you can reference them later. This is retained for the duration of your subscription.
After you leave
If you cancel your subscription, we delete your data within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
Your rights
