The agreement between you and ppcopilot.

By using ppcopilot, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the service.
These terms apply to all users of ppcopilot, including individuals and organizations.
The Service
What ppcopilot does
ppcopilot is a read-only Google Ads analysis tool. We connect to your Google Ads accounts (with your permission), analyze your campaign data, and provide weekly recommendations and client-ready reports.
Read-only access
ppcopilot operates with read-only access to your Google Ads accounts. We cannot make changes to your campaigns, budgets, bids, or any other settings. You remain in full control of your accounts.
Phase 1 limitations
We are currently in Phase 1 of our product. This means recommendations and reports only—no automated actions or integrations with other platforms yet.
Your Responsibilities
Account accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that the Google Ads accounts you connect to ppcopilot are accounts you have authority to access and analyze.
Acting on recommendations
ppcopilot provides recommendations, but you decide whether to act on them. We are not responsible for the outcomes of actions you take based on our recommendations.
Keeping access secure
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ppcopilot account credentials.
Disclaimers
No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results from using ppcopilot. We cannot promise increased performance, reduced costs, or any particular outcome. Our recommendations are suggestions based on analysis—not guarantees.
Service availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to perform maintenance or experience unexpected issues.
Third-party platforms
ppcopilot relies on access to Google Ads. Changes to Google Ads APIs or policies may affect our ability to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
Scope of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ppcopilot and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Maximum liability
Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Termination
You can leave anytime
You can cancel your subscription and disconnect your accounts at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
We may terminate for cause
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, use the service for illegal purposes, or engage in behavior that harms other users or the service.
After termination
When your subscription ends, we'll delete your data according to our privacy policy. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of ppcopilot after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
